Content varies, particularly as regulatory requirements change, but an example of the content for a one-day licensing Workshop is as follows:

· FSA approach to T&C
· Role of the Supervisor
· Assessment process and skills
· Assessment exercise
· Feedback process and skills
· Role play exercise
· Coaching skills

We also provide more advanced refresher Workshops.

For in-house sessions, we agree the content with you in advance, taking into account the nature of your business, your T&C scheme, and the skills and experience of your supervisors.
