These tests are constructed in a variety of ways, to suit different users. Most tests consist of 60 multiple choice questions, and the cost is £115 for a firm with up to 10 advisers, £185 for larger firms. VAT is additional to these prices.

The cost of each test covers:

• Test paper, which can be copied for candidates
• Blank answer grid, which can be copied for candidates
• Marking grid
• Answer paper with answers in bold type

We supply tests by email, in the form of Word files. If you prefer, we can send hard copy by post at an additional cost of £20 plus VAT per test.

Retest papers are readily available if required, at the same cost.

Tests are intended to be around FPC/Cert FP standard, and broadly follow the exam syllabuses for these examinations. There are a number of variations, with some tests covering the traditional areas of Protection, Savings & Investment, Pensions and Mortgages. Others include Regulation, or focus on non-mortgage areas.
